Ordering Questions

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued.

You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and that we have charged your credit card. Once your order ships, we will send you another e-mail to notify you.

Once you have set up your account, it is easy to change your account details or to add additional preferences (addresses, payment methods, etc.) at any time. Simply go to the icon to sign in.

After you have signed in, you can add or edit your personal information by clicking on My Account. If you are already signed in, just click the “My Account” at the top of our page. Click here to register now.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

To cancel an order you recently completed, please, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and your item(s) may be in production already. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the production process.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

If you are a California resident you may be subject to sales tax.

Because security is important to us, we maintain data handling and storage practices and procedures that are designed to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

All items are made to order and production times for our wall art varies from 5-7 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Production time for our wall art is 5-7 business days. The delivery dates set forth in the table above are estimates after the production process is complete. Prior to checking out, you will see estimated arrival dates.

We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for continental US and $12.95 for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. On orders $75.00 or more we offer free flat rate shipping.

If an order is placed with us and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs which will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Returns/Exchanges Questions

If you are not completely satisfied with your EntertainArt product(s) purchased through this website, we will gladly accept their return for a full refund, or exchange, for up to 14 days after you receive your order. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned products must be in the original sale condition - clean, no scuff marks, with original packaging and labels/tags.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to incorrect merchandise shipped or you are exchanging a product.

For defective products, please contact us and we’ll further assist you. Once your return is received in our distribution center, please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed for your order.

To return or exchange EntertainArt product(s), simply fill out the form in our Return Policy page, with order and contact information, as well as reason to return the item(s). We will reply in 1 business day with your Return Authorization number.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number.

Please send your package, including your Return Authorization number on the label or package, via prepaid traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

Pack and seal your package securely, in the original packaging if possible. Send the product with your Return Authorization number to the address listed above. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number.

You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed in approximately 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are not refunded.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.

NOTE: When processing your exchange we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange.
